Can you help with artwork?
Yes, we offer a free artwork service with every bespoke medal order. You can send us a brief, rough idea or examples and our design team can take care of the rest. Alternatively, if you have a graphic designer in your team, you can supply your own finished artwork for us to prepare and manufacture.
How long do bespoke medals take to produce?
Our standard lead times are six weeks from confirming order to arrival at your address. We will always discuss with you if we think your medals with take less or more time.
Do medals come with a ribbon?
Yes, all of our medals come with a custom ribbon as standard, which will be included in the price.
Is there a minimum order quantity for a bespoke medal?
MOQ is 100 units.
How much will my medals cost?
Cost is dependant on quantity, size and number of enamel colours used. We’ll provide a quote before we proceed to artwork, so you can have a good idea.
